Announcing Another Free Benefit For The Members of the St. Augustine & St. Johns County Multiple Listing Service Good Afternoon, It is with great pleasure that the St. Augustine & St. Johns County Multiple Listing Service (MLS) announces another great benefit to its members. Florida RealtorsR offers the Ultimate Edition of Form Simplicity for $59.00 per year per member. Effective October 1, 2015, the MLS will provide free (included as part of your dues dollars) to its members the Ultimate Edition of Form Simplicity. The Ultimate Edition of Form Simplicity includes all of the benefits of the Professional Edition of Form Simplicity, available through Florida RealtorsR, plus unlimited eSign (an integrated electronic signature solution and unlimited document storage for files up to 5mb in size). It is backed with digital signature and enhanced security, reducing your risk. These enhanced Ultimate Edition features offer users a truly paperless transaction experience, saving time, money and providing a new convenience many professionals are increasingly adapting into their work environment. If you have already signed up for the Ultimate Edition of Form Simplicity with Florida RealtorsR between 31 to 90 days of the Activation Date, October 1, 2015, you will be entitled to a pro-rated refund based on the date that you signed up, less a $20.00 processing fee. If you are requesting a pro-rated refund you will need to contact the Florida RealtorsR Tech Helpline directly in order to facilitate the refund. If you purchased the Ultimate Edition between 0 and 30 days prior to the Activation Date, October 1, 2015, you will automatically receive a full refund. There will be two (2) free live classes on how to use eSign at the Board office on October 1, 2015. One class will be from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm and the second class will be from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm.
